15 Injection molding machine
Injection molding is a forming process using molds. Materials such as synthetic resins (plastics) are heated and melted, and then sent to the mold where they are cooled to form the designed shape. Due to the resemblance to the process of injecting fluids using a syringe, this process is called injection molding.
Those machines will help us to produce the plastic chairs, office chair and design chair pieces.
34 Punching and welding machine
This series of machines includes punching machine, forming machine, welding machine, pipe cutting machine, bending machine .etc, they are essential tools for the production of metal chairs and metal accessories.
3 upholstery production line
To make the upholstered chairs and office chairs, we will require a series of process. From the cutting of fabric and foam, processing of frame, to the assembly of finished products.
8 process, 5 teams, 32 workers make the upholstered chairs and office chairs complete.
5 Professional QC
A chair from raw materials to finished products, need to go through 4 quality control procedures.
The first time is the inspection of material, then the inspection of pre-production sample, then the inspection during production, and the last time is the inspection before shipment.
